The geometry is a direct archival translation of the "resonance" observed at the water’s edge—the inverse of a Naha sunset where the warmth of the sky is swallowed by the cool, rhythmic light of the Pacific.
As observed in our archival video “The Resonance,” the organic, hammered terrain of the gold mirrors the undulating surface of the harbor, while the pearl center captures the singular glint of the first evening stars against the sea. Developed in our Brooklyn studio, this artifact serves as a permanent observation of the transition from urban heat to maritime silence.
